Dave Kerrigan resides in Centreville, VA. and has been guiding for Ken Penrod's Life Outdoors Unlimited since 1998 He is a United States Coast Guard licensed captain and is a member of the Maryland Saltwater Sportfishing Association.  

Dave has hunted and fished extensively in the Mid-Atlantic Region since 1972. His fishing expertise includes the  Tidal Potomac River, Upper Potomac River, Susquehanna River, Several Northern Virginia Reservoirs, Chesapeake Bay, Coastal Inshore and Offshore Virginia and Maryland and Eastern Lake Ontario. 

Kerrigan brings a wealth of saltwater experience to the Life Outdoors Unlimited table. He's taken Shark, tuna, dolphin, marlin, wahoo, blackfish, bluefish, mackerel, flounder, sea bass, croaker, and trout. Dave specializes in bait and spin casting, fly fishing, trolling (including the use of side planners and downriggers), and chumming/chunking.

Dave has several significant catch citations awarded from Virginia Dept of Fish and Game and Maryland Dept. of Natural Resources.
